Carousel Rotomolding Machine Production Process

  1. The weighing clerk weighs, bags and stacks the raw materials neatly according to the production plan. Afterwards, production operators transport the raw materials to the production station and prepare them for production.
  2. The operator installs the insert on the mold. Stuff steel wool into the vent hole of the mold, and then install all the small parts on the mold.
  3. Spray release agent on the inner surface of the mold to facilitate product release. Then pour the raw materials into the mold and set the clamp with the mold. Then install other fixed parts on the mold.
  4. Control the rotation and revolution of the robotic arm on the operating platform, drive the operating trolley to the oven preparation area, and check to verify that all parts of the mold are installed and tightened without errors.
  5. After the last product that has been heated in the oven is heated and comes out, operate the robotic arm on the console to move it into the oven heating area, and rotate the robotic arm to enter the oven for heating.
  6. The oven heats the mold according to the preset heating program. The raw materials in the mold melt during the heating process and adhere evenly to the inner surface of the mold as the mold rotates and gradually form.
  7. After the mold is heated, the mechanical arm continues to rotate and revolve out of the oven. Operate the car to drive to a cooling area.
  8. The mold is cooled. During this period, after cooling to a certain extent, some hollow rotational molded products need to add secondary materials to the interlayer for a thick foaming process. Different products have different cooling methods. Some use natural cooling, and some use fans to speed up cooling.
  9. After cooling, the mold is disassembled, the product inside the mold is taken out, and after certain processing, the product is placed on the cooling table for cooling. After cleaning the inside of the mold, the next round of production can be carried out.
